Calling all directors, managers, owners, supervisors or leaders of recreational & preschool gymnastics programs!

Join us virtually on Tuesday April 1st (12:00-3:00pm EDT) to discuss the topics that matter to you most.

How does it work? 

In a nutshell… we’ll use a conference technique called “open space” to build an agenda collectively that addresses the questions, concerns, challenges and ideas that YOU bring to the table. 

After you sign up, you'll be asked to pre-submit a topic -- and we use these to build an agenda with multiple breakout groups scheduled. You'll be able to choose the discussions that interest you most and connect with like-minded folks to swap best practices and brainstorm solutions together.

This time, our Pop Up Virtual Mastermind Theme is:  Preschool & Rec Program/Staff Management

This means that that our submitted questions/topics for breakout room discussions will all be related to this theme in some way. To get you started, here are a few example topics that you may consider putting forward:

• Recruiting new rec coaches
• Managing teenagers
• Best practices for specific classes (parent & tot, boys, etc)
• Getting creative with theme weeks
• Level systems & progress reports
• Adaptive & inclusive programs
• Hosting special events
• Spicing up camp programs
• Marketing ideas
• Motivating coaches to be awesome
• Systems for making the job less chaotic
• Come up with your own q! :)
