Calling all directors, managers, owners, supervisors or leaders of recreational & preschool gymnastics programs!

Join us virtually on Wednesday April 26th (12:30-3:30pm EDT) to discuss the topics that matter to you most.

How does it work? 

In a nutshell… we’ll use a conference technique called “open space” to build an agenda collectively related to the theme (this time it's Summer Camps).

Attendees pre-submit topic related questions, challenges, and/or ideas that THEY want to discuss, and we build the schedule based on these submissions. 

Then, the break out group structure of the event allows for attendees to connect with like-minded folks with similar interests to swap best practices and brainstorm solutions together.

This time, our Virtual Mastermind Theme is:  Summer Camps

This means that that our submitted questions/topics for breakout room discussions will all be related to this theme in some way. Here are some example questions that may be asked (or you may want to ask):

• How to make camp more... campy?
• What does a typical camp day look like at other gyms?
• Best ways to train camp staff?
• Idea swap for fun non-gymnastics programming?
• To theme or not to theme?
• Managing staff burnout over a loooong summer?
• Systems to help camps run smoothly?
• Making camper sign in/out more efficient!
• Helping staff understand the differences between camp vs classes
• Navigating the challenges that only happen during summer camps!
• Marketing your summer camp?
• Recommendations for tools/resources/programs/etc to help with camp prep!
• Come up with your own q! :)
