You will notice on the General Agenda below that there are no specific topics listed.

The Rec Director Mastermind agenda offers a framework, but the topics are selected collaboratively by the registered participants, based on pre-submitted topics & questions (related to the Mastermind's theme).

During the event, we'll have multiple breakout rooms open during each session period. 

If you aren't learning or contributing to a conversation in a breakout room, you are always welcome to switch to a different room.

Similarly, if a topic discussion is over early, you can find a new room.   If a session time is up, but your discussion isn't over - you are welcome to continue in one of the open bonus rooms. 

In summary - this event is super flexible so that you can make the most out of the experience!

• 12:45pm -  Breakout Session 1 (45min, several breakout rooms open)
• 1:30pm   -  Quick break (5 min)
• 1:35pm   -  Breakout Session 2 (45min, several breakout rooms open)
• 2:20pm   -  Quick break (5 min)
• 2:25pm   -  Breakout Session 3 (45min, several breakout rooms open)
• 3:10pm   -  Community Harvest & wrap up
• 3:30pm   -  All done :)
